Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of LPN NCLEX Prep AI (the “Service”), an online study platform for the NCLEX-PN examination. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

1. What the Service is — and is not

The Service provides study materials, practice questions, case studies and AI-assisted tutoring for exam preparation. It is study support only. It is not medical advice, nursing advice, or a substitute for your nursing program, your instructors, or your clinical judgment. Never use content from the Service to make a decision about the care of a real patient.

LPN NCLEX Prep AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), which owns the NCLEX-PN® and NCLEX-RN® trademarks, or with any board of nursing, school or testing centre.

2. How our content is produced

Our lessons, questions, rationales and case studies are original material generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and modelled on the published NCLEX-PN test plan. They are not copied from the real exam, and no question in the Service will appear verbatim on your NCLEX. AI can be wrong. We do not guarantee that every explanation, drug dose or lab value is free of error, and you should verify anything clinically important against your textbook, your instructor or a current drug reference before relying on it.

3. No guarantee of results

Passing the NCLEX-PN depends on you. Except where a plan explicitly includes a pass guarantee, we make no promise about your score or your result, and your subscription fee is not contingent on it. Where a pass guarantee applies, its own written conditions govern.

4. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and provide accurate registration details.
  • Your account is personal. Do not share your login, and do not let anyone else study on it.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that are shared, resold, or used to scrape our content.

5. Subscriptions, trial and billing

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel:

  • Basic — $19.99 per month. Self-study the whole curriculum.
  • Gold — $34.99 per month. Everything you need to pass.
  • Premium — $59.99 per month. Guided prep with a pass guarantee.

New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. We collect your payment method when the trial starts, but you are not charged during it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan you chose begins and your card is charged $34.99 to $59.99 per month depending on the plan, then again on the same day each month. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we are required to collect.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. See our Refund Policy.

We may change prices. Existing subscribers will be told at least 30 days before a change takes effect on their plan, and may cancel instead.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, republish, resell or distribute our lessons, questions or case studies;
  • scrape, bulk-download, or use automated tools against the Service;
  • use the AI tutor to generate content unrelated to nursing study, or to abuse the system;
  • attempt to bypass paywalls, quotas, or security controls.

All content in the Service is owned by LPN NCLEX Prep AI and licensed to you for your own personal exam preparation, for as long as your subscription is active.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature you rely on, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of your current month.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, LPN NCLEX Prep AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these Terms — for example by sharing your account or redistributing our content — and in serious cases without a refund.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
