Scrubly’s study material is original content written by our team. Some of our lesson explanations are adapted from open educational resources that are licensed for reuse, including commercial use. We credit those sources here as their licenses require.

Open RN (OpenRN) nursing textbooks

Portions of our lesson notes are adapted from the Open RN nursing OER textbook series (Chippewa Valley Technical College), which is published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. Under that license the material may be shared and adapted, including for commercial purposes, with attribution.

Original content

All practice questions, quizzes, exams, flashcards, and clinical case studies on Scrubly are written by us. We do not copy questions from commercial NCLEX question banks or from the NCLEX examination itself. Each generated question is checked against its lesson source for clinical accuracy before it is published.
