Refund & Cancellation Policy

We would rather you find out the platform is not for you during the free trial than pay for a month you did not want. This page explains exactly when you are charged and how to get your money back.
1. The free trial
Every new subscriber gets 3 days free. We take your payment method up front, but you are not charged during the trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you pay nothing at all. We will remind you before the trial converts.
2. Cancelling
Cancel yourself at any time from Billing → Manage subscription. There is no cancellation fee and no phone call. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again.
3. Refunds after you have been charged
- Within 7 days of a charge, if you have barely used the month — we refund it in full, no argument. Just ask.
- Charged by accident after your trial — if you meant to cancel and contact us within 7 days of the charge, we refund it in full.
- Duplicate or incorrect charge — refunded in full, whenever you spot it.
- The Service was broken and we could not fix it — refunded for the affected period.
- Later in the month, after substantial use — we generally do not refund a month you have studied through, because subscriptions are billed for access you already had. Cancel and you will not be billed again.
We do not pro-rate partial months, and we do not refund a subscription because an exam result was not what you hoped for. If your plan includes a pass guarantee, that guarantee has its own written conditions and is served as free additional months, not as cash.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@lpnnclexprep.ai from the address on your account and tell us which charge you mean. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can almost always solve it faster. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until it is resolved.
